is not a bad thing. It keeps us safe. It’s our REACTION to fear that can cause
conflict.
• Rather
that wasting your energy trying to eliminate fear, allow it to run its course.
“It gets to come on the journey, but it does not get to run the show.” This
will allow you to reframe the nervousness into positive enthusiasm.
• Studies
have found a speech delivered with enthusiasm can actually be better received than one that is considered eloquent.
